I always thought that I wanted to study abroad in Costa Rica; however, a year before I thought I wanted to leave, I began to question if that was really for me. Never in my life had I heard about self-knowledge tests like Benziger’s. I remember that at the time I was deciding which career to study, I felt very confused. With the help of many vocational guidance tests, I was able to choose a career. After 3 years of career, through Top Talent, I had the opportunity to take the Benziger test and receive the feedback session. The results of this test helped me to better understand my strengths and weaknesses, what I am good at, what is easy for me and what is not, etc. A test like this would have been very helpful to me when I had to choose my university path. There is no test as complete as this one, therefore, I highly recommend it for young people who are having doubts about what to study. However, this test is good for any stage of youth. I am already in the U, I recognize that neither I nor my classmates know very well what we want or what we are good at. That’s why I recommend this test or other self-knowledge tests.

I took the Benziger Thinking Style Assessment before choosing the master’s program I wanted to apply to. I must admit that when I was going to go to university, I did not know what career to choose, so I chose to follow the recommendations of my relatives. When I received the BTS test results, I had clarity and confidence to choose a master’s degree that matched my natural talents and strengths. Likewise, I was present at the presentation of the results of executives with more work experience, who also found importance in self-knowledge and information provided by the tool to make decisions about their career plan. The BTSA report is complete, however the support of a facilitator such as Doña Tita Artiñano is necessary to understand and internalize the information.
