This was the motivation for Top Talent to be founded in 2008, a business model where professional women have a balance between their family life and their professional career. We were born as a consulting firm to provide strategic alignment and advisory services in the different areas of Human Resources and talent management. Since our conception we have been moved by people and their growth. We work every day to achieve extraordinary results, generating a positive impact on talent and organizations, allowing them to reach their best version.

Today, 14 years later, together with our partners Mónica Azofeifa and María Eugenia Artiñano, the value proposition is stronger.
