This was the motivation for Top Talent to be founded in 2008, a business model where professional women have a balance between their family life and their professional career. We were born as a consulting firm to provide strategic alignment and advisory services in the different areas of Human Resources and talent management. Alejandra has more than 20 years of professional experience in management and leadership roles in the area of human resources,
strategic management, finance and administration, both in national and multinational companies. She holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with emphasis in Human Resources. She has a specialty in Training and Development and Strategic Business Management.
Has more than 20 years of experience in comprehensive human resources management and organizational development, as well as extensive knowledge in the HR administration management cycle, mainly for multinational companies, developing change makers and facilitating information for decision making within various industries.
Has more than 20 years of experience in the area of Human Resources, at PricewaterhouseCoopers as Director of the Organizational Performance Department and manager of the Human Resources Services Department. In addition, she has collaborated in different consultancies in the area, with local and transnational companies.

She is a professional with knowledge and experience leading the areas of recruitment and selection, training, compensation and benefits in both multinational and local companies. For the last 12 years, she has worked in the area of recruitment and selection consulting, providing a comprehensive vision and management by competencies.
Has more than 10 years of experience in the area of recruiting, she has knowledge and experience in recruiting high-level management, as well as handling massive hiring for transnational companies.
Has more than seven years of experience in human resources. She started in the compensation and benefits area and later as a Human Resources Specialist. She has a degree in Industrial Production from the Technological Institute of Costa Rica and is currently studying a Master’s Degree in Human Resources and Knowledge Management.
Has more than five years of experience in administrative and operational management. She has knowledge in the commercial area, customer service, process optimization and recruitment and selection processes. She is currently focused on the management of internal human resource and company operations.
Has 7 years of work experience in administrative functions and customer service. She currently supports the Talent Advisory area, recruitment and selection department, with the search and attraction of management positions.
Has a Business Administration degree. She joined Top Talent to support the Talent Advisory area, recruitment and selection department with the search and attraction of managerial positions.
Mariam has more than 10 years of experience in Comprehensive Human Resources Management in areas such as consulting, Training, Development, Labor Relations, organizational Development and Recruitment. Regarding her studies, she has a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Administration and a Law degree.
